Our driver will pick you up from the hotel. Your adventure begins with a scenic drive through the rural outskirts of Moshi, past open plains, small villages, and views of Mount Kilimanjaro or Mount Meru (weather permitting). The 1.5-hour drive gives you a glimpse of local life and Maasai culture.

Welcome to paradise! Hidden among towering fig trees in the middle of a semi-arid landscape, Kikuletwa is an unexpected natural haven. The warm turquoise waters are crystal-clear and fed by underground springs from Kilimanjaro. The area is perfect for swimming, relaxing on tire tubes, swinging from rope swings, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Dive into the refreshing warm water, enjoy the gentle current, and take in the beauty of this volcanic oasis. You’ll have ample time to relax, swim, or sunbathe under the shade of trees. Don’t forget to look for the “fish pedicure” – tiny fish that nibble on your feet!

You will enjoy a hot local meal prepared, usually grilled chicken, chips, and fresh fruit juice. Vegetarian options are also available on request.

Take some last dips, explore the fig-tree roots and listen to birdsong. This is also a perfect time to take photos and just unwind in nature.
